Prolucent provides a team of dedicated field-based Market Managers to assist agencies in providing staff to hospitals and working with our vendor management technology.

Prolucent invites agencies to participate in our client-driven contracting process by registering with our prospective supplier database. Before each competitive bid or request for proposal (RFP), the Prolucent team consults our database to determine which suppliers receive RFPs, based on their indicated capabilities and desire to participate. Prolucent clients typically utilize our proprietary VMS technology to communicate upcoming staffing needs, track daily time for agency staff and provide weekly reverse invoicing to agencies for hours worked. Our VMS technology provides contracted agencies real-time access to view client needs, their employees’ daily time, weekly invoices and the payment status for any outstanding invoices.
